A Celtic Pig Menu Experience
Join us for a 3-course dinner, with your choice of entrée and dessert, each paired with a whisky or wine. Our Celtic heritage is sure to delight your palate with Irish, Scottish, English cuisine and drink. Tickets are $55 per person plus tax and gratuity. Come join us at The Celtic Pig Restaurant and Pub from 7-9 pm on July 19th, 2019.

Appetizer
Charcuterie Board: Simple Life Pinot Noir
Laphroaig Scotch cured salmon, smoked venison
sausage, Irish cheddar, smoked Gouda, English cheddar,
dried seasonal fruits, and candied pecans.
Main Course
Traditional Haggis: Scotch (Laphroaig)
A custom blend of select cuts of lamb and beef
with steel cut oats and warm spices. Served with
tatties (potatoes), neeps (turnips), and oven-roasted carrots.
Proper Sunday Roast: TBD
Beef roast with carrots, potatoes, and onions.
Served with Yorkshire pudding.
Irish Bacon, Cabbage & Champ: Irish Whisky (Slane)
Salt cured Pork loin, pan fried champ served
with sautéed cabbage, apples, and mashed potatoes.
Dessert
Dundee Cake: Scotch (Dewars 12)
A traditional light Scottish cake with dried fruit, ginger,
almonds and layered with orange marmalade.
Sticky Toffee Pudding: Scotch (Glenlivet 12)
A moist sponge cake soaked in toffee sauce and served
with home-made whipped cream.
